FoulPlay Productions are committed to sharing work nationally, particularly where we feel our production provides opportunities for communities to approach their environment differently. We hope to encourage play through collaboration, and develop teamwork between strangers who choose to participate and interact with our performers and each other.

The FoulPlay Fantastic Fox Hunt
A family show for large urban and rural outdoor spaces.
In this production we assure you that no animals are harmed, as FoulPlay turn a traditional English bloodsport into a theatre sport. The Fantastic Fox Hunt uses recognisable scenarios and characters from sources including Roald Dahl, Aesop and wide games; turning them into a large role play game that lasts for 45 minutes. FoulPlay provide all the costumes, props and scoring for participants and can carefully schedule games to suit different participants: family, children and adults. It is a completely non contact activity and we even provide three highly trained FoulPlay Umpires. In each day FoulPlay can provide up to six games.
The Fantastic Fox Hunt provides smaller activities and interactions for non role-players to engage with throughout the day too, as three Farmers welcome passers by to play games at their tables. And if even that seems like too much interaction then the overall spectacle of a human fox hunt should provide plenty of drama and entertainment for the passive spectator.
